Your lead trainer: Paul Zonneveld
Paul Zonneveld is senior executive coach and transformational faculty for top team interventions at a Mobius Executive Leadership and has over 25 years of international business experience in various roles.
He has unique expertise in understanding systems, enabling him to offer insight into how to manage change and transformation for leaders of large companies, those who find themselves in complex situations, or going through M&A.
He teaches Systemic Intelligence® and Organizational Constellations at various European institutions and business schools, enabling leaders to apply Systemic Intelligence® to their organizational complexity and influence the deeper dynamics driving their businesses. He is the Director of the Scientific Department for Systemic Intelligence® in Organizations for Constellators International. In this role he leads the effort of creating more awareness, skill and expertise in the field or Systemic Intelligence® for organizations.
Paul is the co-author of the book “EMERGENT, the Power of Systemic Intelligence to Navigate the Complexity of M&A” (2019) & several published articles on this topic.
